How can I access and manage my jobs?

Step 01: Accessing "My Jobs"

  1. Log in to your Kosmic.ai account.
  2. On the left-hand sidebar, navigate to the Marketplace section.
  3. Click on My Jobs from the expanded menu.
    • This will open the main My Jobs page, where you can view and manage all your job-related activities.

Step 02: Exploring the "My Jobs" Tabs

Once in the My Jobs section, you will see four main tabs at the top of the screen. Each tab helps you filter and manage specific job categories.

1. All Jobs

Description:

  • The All Jobs tab is the default view. It displays all jobs associated with your account.

What You’ll See:

  • Job cards showing:
    • Buyer’s Name and Location.
    • Job Title and Brief Description.
    • Due Date and Fixed Price.
    • Current Job Status (e.g., In Progress, Completed, or Disputed).

Behavior:

  • If no jobs are available, an empty state will display a message:
    • "There are no jobs."

2. Active Jobs

Description:

  • The Active Jobs tab lists all ongoing jobs that have not yet been completed, disputed, or closed.

What You’ll See:

  • Jobs labeled with statuses such as:
    • In Progress
    • Work Submitted
    • Awaiting Approval

Action:

  • Click the View Details button on any job card to open the job details page and review information.

3. Completed Jobs

Description:

  • The Completed Jobs tab lists jobs that have been marked as finished and for which payment has been released.

What You’ll See:

  • Completed job cards include:
    • Rating Given by the Buyer or Seller.
    • Delivery Date of the completed work.

Action:

  • Click View Details on a job card to see detailed information about the completed job.

4. Disputed Jobs

Description:

  • The Disputed Jobs tab includes jobs with active or resolved disputes.

What You’ll See:

  • Job cards labeled with:
    • Dispute Pending – The dispute is active and awaiting resolution.
    • Resolved – The dispute has been resolved.

Action:

  • Click the View Details button on any disputed job card to review specific dispute information.

Tips and Troubleshooting

Issue Solution
Missing Jobs Check the appropriate tab (e.g., Active, Completed, or Disputed).
Unable to View Job Details Ensure you are logged in and have an active session.
No Jobs in "All Jobs" Tab Confirm you have posted or applied to jobs.
