How can I buy connects and Credits to use on the platform?

Buying Connect 

Step 01: Access the Settings Menu

  • In the main navigation menu, locate and click on the Settings icon or button.

Step 02: Navigate to Billing & Plans

  • In the left sidebar of the Settings page, Click Billing and Plans, Scroll down to  Connects option under the Membership Plans section.

Step 03: Open the Buy Connects Option

  • In the Membership & Plan section, you’ll see details about:
    • Your Current Plan
    • Billing Cycle
    • Connects Balance
  • Click on the Buy Connects button to proceed to the purchase dialog.

Step 04: Select Connect Package

  • A Buy Connects dialog box will appear with the following details:
    • Your Available Connects: Shows your current balance of connects.
    • Select Amount to Buy: Use the dropdown menu to choose from the available connect packages (e.g., "10 for $1.50").
    • Pricing Details: Displays the total cost (e.g., "$1.50 + tax").
    • New Balance: Indicates the total number of connects you’ll have after the purchase (e.g., 170 connects).
    • Expiration Date: Shows when the newly purchased connects will expire (e.g., "August 2, 2025").
    • Promo Code (Optional): Enter a promo code in the provided field and click Apply to redeem discounts or offers.

Step 05: Complete the Purchase

  • After selecting the desired package and applying any promo codes:
    • Click the Buy Connects button to finalize your purchase.
    • Alternatively, click the Cancel button to exit the process without making a purchase.

Step 06: Open Buy Credit Option

  • In the Billing & Payments section, you will see the details about
    • Platform Payments
    • Marketplace Payments
    • Membership Plans
    • Connects
    • Credits
  • Click on the Buy Credits button to proceed to the purchase dialog.

Step 07: Enter Credit to Buy

  • A Buy Credits dialog box will appear with the following details:
    • Your Available Credits: Shows your current balance of credits.
    • Enter Amount of Credits to Buy: Enter the amount of credits you want to buy in the designated field
    • Pricing Details: Displays the total cost (e.g., "$2.40").
    • New Balance: Indicates the total number of credits you’ll have after the purchase (e.g., 6200).
    • Promo Code (Optional): Enter a promo code in the provided field and click Apply to redeem discounts or offers.
    • Cancel: Click the cancel button to close the credits dialog
    • Buy Credits: Click the buy credits button to complete the purchase process, 

Tips and Troubleshooting

Issue Solution
Promo Code Not Applying Double-check the code for accuracy and ensure it hasn’t expired.
Payment Declined Verify your payment details and try again, or contact support for assistance.
Connect Balance Not Updating Refresh the page or check your internet connection. If the issue persists, contact support.
