How to Add Collaborators to a Folder?

Step 01: Locate the Folder

1. Navigate to the Projects page where all your folders are displayed.
2. Identify the folder you want to add collaborators to (e.g., “Ad Campaign”).

Step 02: Access the Add Collaborator Option

1. Hover over the desired folder to reveal the three-dot menu on the right-hand side.
2. Click on the three-dot menu to open the dropdown.
3. Select the Add Collaborator option from the list.

A dialog box labeled Add Collaborators will appear.

Step 03: Invite Collaborators

Input Email Addresses

1. In the email input field of the Add Collaborators dialog, type the email addresses of the collaborators you want to invite.
2. For multiple collaborators, separate the email addresses with commas.

Assign Access Levels

1. Next to the email field, select the access level for each collaborator from the dropdown:
   • Can View: Collaborators can only view folder contents.
   • Can Edit: Collaborators can view and make edits to folder contents.
2. Click Send Invite to send invitations to the entered email addresses.

Step 04: Review and Manage Access

View Existing Collaborators

1. Below the email input field, you’ll find a list of collaborators:
   • Confirmed collaborators will display their names and assigned permissions (e.g., “Cameron Williamson – Can Edit”).
   • Pending invitations will show the email addresses and a Pending status (e.g., "jacobjones@gmail.com – Pending").

Copy Shareable Link

1. If you prefer to share the folder manually, click the Copy Link option at the top of the dialog.
2. This generates a link that can be shared with collaborators via email or other messaging platforms.
