How to invite a seller to your jobs?

Step 01: Finding the Invite Button

1. Navigate to the Marketplace

   • From the left-hand navigation panel, click on Marketplace.
   • Browse or search for the seller you want to invite.

1. Locate the Invite Button

   • The Invite button is visible on both:
     • The seller’s profile card in search results.
     • The detailed profile page of the seller.
   • Click the Invite button to initiate the invitation process.

Step 02: Opening the Invitation Popup

1. Access the Modal Popup

   • After clicking the Invite button, a modal popup labeled Invite to a Job will appear.

2. Popup Sections

   • Seller's Profile Summary: Displays the seller's name, role, and skills (e.g., "Natomic Inc., Video Editor, 3D Animator, Graphic Designer").
   • Message Box: Pre-filled with a message inviting the seller to apply for your job.

Step 03: Customizing the Message

1. Edit the Default Message

   • The message section is pre-filled with the following text:
     "Hello! I came across your profile and would like to invite you to apply for a job opportunity. If you're interested, please submit a proposal. Thanks."

2. Modify or Leave As-Is

   • You can edit the message to include specific details about the job or leave it as is.
   • Use this space to make your invitation more personalized.

Step 04: Selecting a Job

1. Choose a Job from the Dropdown

   • Below the message box, find the Job Selection Dropdown labeled Select Job.
   • Click on the dropdown to see a list of jobs you have posted.

2. Select a Job

   • Scroll through the list or use the search bar to locate the relevant job.
   • Click on the job title to select it. The selected job will now appear in the dropdown box.

Step 05: Sending the Invitation

1. Review and Send

   • After selecting a job and customizing the message, click the Send Invite button at the bottom of the popup.

2. System Notification

   • The system will send the invitation to the seller, and they will receive a notification about your job invitation.

Step 06: Confirmation of Invitation Sent

1. Track the Sent Invitation

   • Once the invite is sent, the Invite button will change to Invite Sent for the seller.

2. Confirmation Message

   • A confirmation message will appear, indicating that the invitation has been successfully delivered to the seller.
