How to Move a Folder?

Changing Folders location 

Step 01: Locate the Folder to Move

  1. Navigate to the Projects page within the Mission Control section.
  2. Find the folder you want to move (e.g., “Test 12”).

Step 02: Access the Move Option

  1. Hover over the folder to reveal the three-dot menu on the right-hand side.
  2. Click on the three-dot menu to open a dropdown list of options.
  3. Select Move from the dropdown menu.

Step 03: Select the Destination

  1. A Move Project dialog box will appear.
  2. In the dialog box, click the Select Project dropdown menu to choose a destination for the folder.
  3. Options include:
    • Existing folders (e.g., “Ad Campaign”).
    • Create a New Project if the desired destination folder doesn’t exist.

Step 04: Initiate the Move

  1. Once you’ve selected the destination folder, click the Move Project button.
  2. The folder will begin moving to the specified location.

Step 05: Monitor the Progress

  1. A progress dialog will appear, displaying the status of the move:
    • Example: "22% completed, 23 seconds remaining."
  2. If necessary, you can cancel the move by clicking the Cancel button in the dialog.

Step 06: Completion Notification

  1. After the move process is complete, a confirmation dialog will appear with a success message:
    • Example: “Successfully moved 1 file to Football Creative Ad.”
  2. Click OK to close the confirmation message.
  3. Verify that the folder has been successfully relocated to the new destination.

Tips and Troubleshooting

Issue Solution
Move option not visible? Ensure you have edit permissions for the folder.
Move process stalled? Refresh the page and try moving the folder again.
Incorrect destination selected? Use the Move option again to relocate the folder to the correct location.
