How to Post a Template?

Step 01: Locate the Templates Button

1. On the left-side navigation bar, find the Templates button under the Studio section.
2. Click on the Templates button to be redirected to the Templates Page, where you can explore the available templates.

Step 02: Templates Categories

1. At the top of the page, you’ll find two tabs:
   • All Templates: Displays all available templates on the platform.
   • My Templates: Displays templates saved or created by you.
2. Click on the relevant tab to view templates from the chosen category.

Step 03: Access "My Templates"

1. Navigate to the Templates section.
2. Select the My Templates tab to view all the templates you have created or saved.

Step 04: Select the "Post Template" Option

1. Click on the Post Template button available on the screen.

Step 05: Choose a Template

1. A popup appears with two options:
   • Create New Template: Redirects you to the template creation page if you want to create a new template from scratch.
   • Use Existing Template: Opens the Kosmic File Manager in a popup, allowing you to select an already created template.
2. Select the Existing Template option.
3. In the file manager, choose the template you wish to post and click the Next button.

Step 06: Select Template Type

1. A popup will prompt you to choose the template type:
   • Public: Makes the template available for the entire platform.
     • If you select Public, choose between:
       • Free: The template will be available for free to all users.
       • Paid: Allows you to set a price for the template. Enter the desired price in the provided input field.
   • Private: Restricts the template’s availability to specific users or for personal use.
2. After making your selection, click the Add Details button.

Step 07: Add Template Details

1. In the Template Details popup, provide the following information:
   • Template Title: Enter a descriptive and unique title for your template.
   • Description: Add details about the template, such as its purpose, features, or target audience.
2. Once you’ve filled in the details, click the Publish Template button.

Step 08: Publish the Template

1. A loading screen will appear with a progress bar indicating that your template is being published.
2. Wait for the publishing process to complete.

Step 09: Confirmation

1. Once the process is finished, a green notification will appear on the screen stating:
   "Your template is published successfully."

Important Notes

• The Post Template feature is available exclusively to sellers on the platform.
