Step 02: Open the Properties Option
- Hover over the folder to reveal the three-dot menu on the right-hand side of the folder.
- Click on the three-dot menu to open the drop-down menu.
- Select Properties from the available options.
Step 03: View the Properties Side Panel
- A Properties side panel will open on the right side of the screen.
- The panel displays detailed information about the selected folder.

- Shows the folder icon and the folder’s name (e.g., "Assets").
Who Has Access
- Lists collaborators with access to the folder.
- Displays each collaborator’s avatar and name.
- Icons or labels indicate their permissions (e.g., "Can Edit" or "Can View").
Type
- Indicates the folder type (e.g., "Project folder").
Created Date
- Shows the exact date and time when the folder was created (e.g., "June 15, 2024, 10:42 AM").
Modified Date
- Displays the last date and time the folder was updated.
Folder Size
- Provides the total size of the folder in megabytes (e.g., "340 MB").
Contents
- Lists the number of files and subfolders inside the folder (e.g., "229 Files, 7 Folders").
Location
- Displays the path where the folder is stored (e.g., "Ad campaign/Assets").
