How can I access my submitted proposals?

Step 01: Accessing the My Proposals Section

1. Navigate to "My Proposals"
   • From the main navigation menu on the left side of your screen, locate and click on the Marketplace section.
   • Under the Marketplace options, select My Proposals.
   • This will open a page displaying all the job proposals you have submitted or been invited to.

Step 02: Understanding Tabs in My Proposals

At the top of the My Proposals page, you will find several tabs that categorize your proposals based on their current status:

• All Jobs

  • Displays every job proposal you’ve interacted with, regardless of status.
  • You can view submitted, hired, invited, and rejected proposals in this tab.

• Proposal Submitted

  • Shows proposals that you have submitted but have not yet received a response for.
  • Each card includes a Submitted status badge, along with key details:
    • Job Title
    • Due Date
    • Fixed Price

• Hired

  • Lists the proposals where you have been hired for the job.
  • Each job card in this section is marked with the Hired status, allowing you to track active projects you are currently working on.

• Invited

  • Displays job invitations where clients specifically requested your proposal.
  • Each card includes the Invited status, helping you distinguish between invitations and submitted proposals.

• Rejected

  • Contains proposals that were not accepted by the client.
  • Each rejected proposal is labeled with a Rejected status badge for easy tracking of unsuccessful applications.

Step 03: Exploring Job Cards in Each Tab

In each of the tabs, job proposals are displayed in card format, offering a clear overview of essential job details. Each job card includes:

• Company/Buyer Name and Location
• Job Title
• Due Date
• Fixed Price
• Status Badge: Indicates the proposal’s current status—Submitted, Hired, Invited, or Rejected.

   • To access more comprehensive job information, click the View Details button located on each job card.
   • This will provide an expanded view of the proposal, including client requirements, your cover letter, and any attached files.
