How do I Upgrade my plan ?

Subscription Upgrade

Step 1: Open Settings

  • Locate the Settings icon in the top-right corner of the platform.
  • Click on the Settings icon to open the menu.

Step 2: Navigate to Billings & Plans

  • In the Settings menu on the left sidebar, find the Billing & Plans section.
  • Click on Billing and Payments to view details about your subscription plan, billing cycle, and available connects.

Step 3: View Membership Plan Information

The Membership & Connects page provides the following details:

  • Current Plan: Displays the name of your active subscription plan (e.g., Basic, Pro, or Ultimate).
  • Billing Cycle: Shows the start and end dates of your current billing period.
  • Connects Balance: Displays the number of connects you have available for usage.
  • Usage Credits: Click the button to view detailed information on credit usage.
  • Upgrade Plan: Click this button to explore higher subscription plans.
  • Buy Connects: Click this button to purchase additional connects.

Upgrading Your Plan

Step 4: Select Upgrade Plan

  • Click the Change Plan button on the Membership & Connects page.
  • A new screen will open, displaying available subscription plans.

Step 5: Choose a Plan Package

You can choose between Monthly or Yearly plans.

  • Yearly plans typically offer a 30% discount compared to monthly plans.

Plan Options (Monthly and Yearly):

Step 6: Upgrade to a Plan

  • Select your desired plan by clicking the Upgrade button (e.g., Upgrade to Pro).
  • You will be redirected to the Stripe payment page to complete your subscription upgrade.

Step 7: Complete Payment on Stripe

  • On the Stripe payment page, provide the following details:
    • Email Address.
    • Card Information (card number, expiration date, CVV).
    • Cardholder Name.
    • Country or Region.
  • Click Pay to confirm the transaction.

After completing the payment, you will be redirected back to Kosmic.ai, and your subscription plan will be updated.

Viewing Usage Credits

Step 8: Access Usage Credits

  • On the Membership & Connects page, click the Usage Credits button.

Step 8-A: View Credit Details

  • The Usage Credits section shows:
    • Feature Name: The resource (e.g., AI video minutes, scripts).
    • Credits Used: Indicates how much of each credit has been utilized.
    • Total Credits: Displays the total number of credits available for each feature per billing cycle.

Note: Credits reset at the start of every billing cycle.

Tips and Troubleshooting

Issue Solution
Plan Not Upgrading Ensure your payment method is valid and retry the transaction on the Stripe payment page.
Credits Not Updating Refresh the Membership & Connects page or contact support for further assistance.
Unable to Access Upgrade Option Verify that you are logged in to your account and have a valid subscription.
