How do I update my profile?
Profile Update
Step 1: Access Profile Settings
- Log in to your Kosmic.ai account.
- Click on the Settings icon (gear icon) in the top-right corner of your screen.
- In the left-hand menu, navigate to General Settings and select Profile Settings.
- The Profile Settings form will appear in the main area on the right side of the screen.
Step 2: Edit Profile Information
The Profile Settings form includes the following editable fields:
Profile Photo
- Click on the current profile photo to upload a new image.
- Supported formats: JPG or PNG.
Personal Information
- First Name and Last Name: Enter or update your first and last name.
- Email: Update your email address.
- Username: Enter your preferred username.
Contact Information
- Phone Number: Enter or update your phone number.
- Use the dropdown menu to select your country code.
Location Details
- Time Zone: Select your time zone from the dropdown menu.
- Country, State/Province, and City: Choose your location using the dropdown options.
- Address Line 1 and Line 2: Enter your primary address and additional details (e.g., apartment or suite number).
- Zip/Postal Code: Update your postal code.
Step 3: Save or Cancel Changes

Save Changes:
- After editing your profile information, click the Update button located at the bottom-right corner of the form.
- A success message will appear, confirming that your profile has been updated.

Cancel Changes:
- To discard unsaved changes, click the Cancel button.
- The form will revert to display your previously saved information.
Step 4: Deleting Your Account (Optional)
- Scroll to the bottom of the Profile Settings form to find the Delete Account option.
- Click the Delete Account button, which will prompt a confirmation dialog box with the message:
- "Are you sure you want to delete your account?"
- Click Yes to permanently delete your account.
Tips and Troubleshooting

Unable to Upload Profile Photo | Ensure the image is in JPG or PNG format and does not exceed file size limits. |
