How do I submit work using the Kosmic File Manager and File Explorer?
Step 01: Access the "My Jobs" Section
- From the left navigation menu, click on "Marketplace".
- Select "My Jobs" under the Marketplace menu.
- On the main screen, you will see job details organized into tabs:
- Job Details
- Work Submission
- Chat
Step 02: Access the Work Submission Section
- Click on the Work Submission tab at the top of the job details page.
- Locate the job for which you want to submit work.
- Click on the "Submit Work" button next to the relevant job.
Option 1: Uploading Files Using Windows File Explorer
Step 03: Select "From Computer" as the Upload Method
- In the "Submit Work" popup window, select the "From Computer" option.
- Click on Next to proceed.
Step 04: Choose Files from Your Computer
- A file browser window (Windows File Explorer) will open.
- Navigate to the folder where your files are stored.
- Select the files you want to upload and click "Upload".
Step 05: Monitor the Upload Progress
- A progress bar will display the upload status.
- If necessary, you can click on "Cancel Uploading" to stop the upload.
Step 06: Add Additional Files (Optional)
- To upload more files, click on the "+" icon in the file list.
- This will reopen the file browser, allowing you to add more files.
Step 07: Add a Message
- Use the Message Text Area to provide additional information or context for your submission.
- Write notes for the Buyer, such as clarifications or file-specific instructions.
Step 08: Submit Your Work
- Click on "Submit Work" to finalize the submission.
- A confirmation message will appear:
"Work submitted successfully. If no feedback is provided within 7 days, the work will be automatically approved, and payment will be released."
Option 2: Uploading Files Using Kosmic File Manager
Step 03: Select "File Manager" as the Upload Method
- In the "Submit Work" popup window, select the "File Manager" option.
- Click on Next to proceed.
Step 04: Browse and Select Files in Kosmic File Manager
- The Kosmic File Manager will open, displaying:
- Project Folders (e.g., "Ad Campaign").
- Recent Files, categorized by file type:
- Images (JPG, PNG)
- Videos (MP4, AVI)
- Audio (MP3, WAV)
- Browse the folders or recent files and choose the relevant files for submission.
- Click Next after selecting your files.
Step 05: Monitor the Upload Progress
- The upload progress will display as a progress bar.
- You can cancel the upload at any point by clicking "Cancel Uploading".
Step 06: Add Additional Files (Optional)
- Click the "+" icon in the file list to reopen the Kosmic File Manager and add more files.
Step 07: Add a Message
- Write any notes or comments in the Message Text Area to provide additional context for the Buyer.
Step 08: Submit Your Work
- Click on "Submit Work" to finalize the submission.
- A success message will confirm that the work was submitted:
"Work submitted successfully. If no feedback is provided within 7 days, the work will be automatically approved, and payment will be released."
