How do I join a workspace for collaboration?

Step 01: Accessing "My Jobs"

1. From the main navigation menu on the left, click on "Marketplace".
2. Select "My Jobs" under the Marketplace section.
3. The My Jobs section will display all your current job details, including projects labeled "In Progress".

Step 02: Navigating to Work Submission

1. In the My Jobs section, click on the specific job you want to access.
2. On the job details page, you will see tabs at the top:
   • Job Details
   • Work Submission
   • Chat
3. Click on the Work Submission tab to check the job's progress status.

Step 03: Viewing the Invitation to Join the Workspace

1. If the buyer has invited you to join a workspace, an Invitation Banner will appear at the top of the job details section.
2. The banner will display a message, such as:

   "You have been invited to join the workspace and project. Click 'Join Workspace' to proceed."

3. The banner includes a Join Workspace button for accepting the invitation.

Step 04: Joining the Workspace

Step 04-A: Opening the Invitation Popup

1. Click the "Join Workspace" button on the invitation banner.
2. A Popup Window will appear displaying the workspace details:
   • Workspace Name
   • Project Name
3. Review the information provided carefully.

Step 04-B: Agreeing to Terms and Conditions

1. In the popup window, locate the checkbox labeled:

   "I confirm my agreement to join the client workspace and accept the terms and conditions."

2. Check the box to agree to the workspace terms and conditions.

Step 04-C: Confirming Workspace Joining

1. After agreeing to the terms, click on the "Join Workspace" button.
2. A confirmation message will appear:

   "Workspace and project joined successfully."

3. Click "OK" to finalize the action.
4. You are now part of the workspace and can start collaborating on assigned tasks.

Step 05: Canceling the Invitation

If you decide not to join the workspace immediately:

1. On the Join Workspace popup, click the "Cancel" button.
2. A notification will appear, stating:

   "Invitation cancelled: You won’t be able to start work on this project until you accept the invitation again."

3. Click "OK" to confirm the cancellation.
